1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing in, continuing as a guest, or using any feature on MangaVerse Studio, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from utilizing our storyboard generator, turnaround sheet managers, and high-res layout editors.

2. Accounts, Credits, and Services

We provide credits to fuel your AI model rendering runs:

• Each script extraction, character turnaround lock, and panel generation consumes credits from your account balance.
• Credits loaded on demo/guest accounts are exclusively for prototype preview testing and have no real-world cash or refund values.
• You are entirely responsible for all generation queues initiated under your credential session.

3. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights

We hold a firm stance on content ownership:

• Your Content: You retain full copyright and intellectual property rights to any original text prompts, story scripts, and character definitions you input. MangaVerse Studio claims zero ownership over your narrative creations.
• Generated Output: Visual panels, speech balloon configurations, and storyboard structures rendered through your prompts are entirely yours to edit, modify, publish, and distribute as you see fit.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Upload malicious code, bypass token-gated checkpoints, or run unauthorized batch scripts targeting our self-hosted ComfyUI renderers.
• Attempt to scrape, harvest, or reverse-engineer the underlying pipeline interfaces.
• Forge content that is illegal, defamatory, or violates the safety and service policies of our integrated API providers (including Google Gemini safety gates).

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

MangaVerse Studio is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to maximize generation speed and character consistency, we make no guarantees regarding model uptimes, render quality, or credit synchronization during peak server demands.
